Over 500 runners came from far and wide to take part in the 2024 Hindhead Boxing Day Run raising thousands of pounds for local charity, Holy Cross Hospital. 

A week of Christmas celebrations at Holy Cross Hospital concluded with a visit from the Mayor of Haslemere.

Holy Cross Hospital’s festive celebrations got off to a fine start with a special Christmas lunch to thank its incredible team of volunteers for all that they do to support patients.

Patients at Holy Cross Hospital in Haslemere are being assisted on their road to recovery by the recent acquisition of cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment.

Sisters, patients, staff and friends of Holy Cross Hospital gathered on Friday (22 March) for a tree planting ceremony in memory of Sister Mary Agnes, a former matron and Sister Superior at the hospital.

Runners who took part in the Boxing Day Run at Hindhead have helped raise a record amount of money for Holy Cross Hospital. 

The Mayor of Haslemere, Councillor Jerome Davidson visited Holy Cross Hospital on Friday 22 December for a carol service and performance of the nativity play starring patients, staff and volunteers.

Runners were cheered along to the finishing line by an enthusiastic bunch of supporters at this year’s Hindhead Boxing Day Run.
