Training

We provide an extensive training programme which begins with the comprehensive Holy Cross Induction made up of E-Learning and classroom sessions, and continues throughout your employment. This is essential for the complex level of care we provide but also offers career opportunities for our staff.

Uniform

Where staff are required to wear a uniform it is provided free of charge. We expect staff to wear their uniform as intended and to ensure they are clean and tidy at all times. Staff are responsible for laundering their own uniforms.

Free parking

Staff car parking is available free of charge, although where it is possible, we do encourage staff to use public transport. 

Staff dining room and rest area

The staff dining room serves freshly cooked food at very affordable prices. The dining room is open every day for breakfast, lunch and supper. A microwave is available for night staff to heat their own food.

Free tea and coffee is available 24-hours a day to all staff during their breaks. 

Staff discount

Staff receive a 20 per cent discount on outpatient physiotherapy services.

Gym

Staff have use of our well equipped gym at The Physiotherapy Centre.

Holiday cottage

Staff are able to use our holiday cottage by the sea at a reduced rate

Staff handbook

Every new member of staff will be issued with their own copy of the staff handbook.

Accommodation

We are able to offer on-site accommodation with en-suite shower rooms, shared kitchen and living room. This is subject to availability.
